At Kaldi's Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on non-perishable merchandise and equipment within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional manuals are included.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
